Some simple facts about
our Hurricane Rebuilding projects.
1. All the
homes which sustained flood damage
has to be completely gutted.
(Gutting consist of removal of all
damaged and undamaged items within
the home)
2. If a home
received less than 3ft. of water
inside, most of the time we can
remove only the first 4ft. of
drywall.
3. If water is
higher the 3ft. the complete wall of
drywall, paneling must be removed.
4. When this
is completed, we pressure wash and
treat the studs. We then wait
for it to dry completely before we
start replacing the drywall.
5. As you can
see, these are no small projects.
It entails a great deal of detail to
bring the home back to pre-storm
damage.
